Retreat Facilitator: Ariadna Ibarguengoytia

Ariadna

Yoga has inspired and guided me in challenging times of my life. I completed a 300-hour teacher-training certificate in Philadelphia while keeping a lighthearted approach to teaching yoga. I am thrilled to offer a summer retreat and share my Mexican culture. My approach to yoga is to challenge myself and most of all be open and lighthearted. This retreat offers a holistic immersion into the culture, and the Spanish language, so you can learn yoga while also experiencing the country, its people, its colors, and flavors.

Merida, México

We will visit Chichen Izá and Uxmal, which are said to be the most spiritual of the Mayan ruins. The complex stands out for some of the finest architectural carvings ever discovered in the Maya world. Refreshing rainstorms that can be dramatic, colorful, vivid landscapes, and fragrant floral fragrances are all characteristics of Mexican summers. It has long been a favorite place to visit because of the warm, stable climate and abundant vegetation.
